What we collect
When you book an appointment or send a question, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email (optional), vehicle details, and notes about your car. We use it only to schedule and complete your service and to contact you about it.
Text messages
If you choose text updates, we'll text you about your appointment, inspection photos, and when your car is ready. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We never sell your number or send marketing texts without permission.
Vehicle lookups
When you choose your vehicle or enter a VIN, your browser looks up models, vehicle details, and open recalls from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Only vehicle information is sent. Nothing that identifies you.
Saved vehicle
To make your next booking faster, the vehicle you choose is saved in your own browser on this device. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Form processing and maps
Forms are processed by our website host, Netlify. Maps are provided by OpenFreeMap using OpenStreetMap data. Reviews may be displayed from Google. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
